This is the personal

portfolio of the Swedish freelance web designer Fredrik Wärnsberg. This is where I publish my thoughts concerning web design and development, web standards.
About the author
I’m a 21 years old engineer student (studying
Information Technology at
Uppsala University).
Web design has always been a great interest of mine (since I was 10 years old or so) and nowadays that interest span from web design to usability, user experience and programming.
Youth Skills Sweden
I competed for Sweden in the
World Skills competition, which took place in Shizuoka, Japan in November, 2007. In the WSC I came is as 6th or split 5th with Switzerland.
To qualify into
YSS-team I won the national Youth Skills Competition which took it’s place in Gothenburg, in the middle of 2006.

This site is written in XHTML 1.0 (strict), CSS 2.1 and 3.0 and Unobtrusive javascript, using the
jQuery library.
As publishing system I’m running
Wordpress using some custom php.
